1 研究方向:
湖泊生态学,探讨水文和水质变化下湖泊生物群落转变关键过程,为退化生物群落修复提供理论支撑和技术指导。具体有以下三个方向。
Ø 湖泊水动力过程与水生植被演替:探讨全球气候变化及水利工程修建导致的湖泊水动力条件变化对水生植被演替的影响。涉及的生态过程包括植物形态、生理、解剖结构等个体特征,群落组成、分布及演变等群落特征。
Ø 环境污染与生物多样性丧失:探讨环境污染下(水体富营养化、抗生素、微塑料)生态系统稳定性下降和多样性丧失的关键生态过程。探索生物多样性与系统稳定性的关系,寻找决定群落稳定性的关键物种或关键功能,为其修复提供理论依据。
Ø 水生空间结构与食物网结构:探讨人类行为导致的空间破碎化(水生空间大小、形状、方向、连通性及布局的改变)对食物网结构和功能的影响。

6硕士研究生、博士研究生和合作博士后招收要求
基本要求:热爱祖国、身体健康、有良好的道德修养、心理承受能力强、敢于拼搏、刻苦耐劳;
专业要求:
1. 硕士要求:生态学专业、环境科学专业、生物医学等与生物或环境相关专业,对科研充满兴趣,身体健康能胜任户外水面调查(不晕车晕船)或户内显微镜工作;
2. 博士要求:湖泊生态学、植物生态学专业,对水生生态系统、植物群落构建与功能性状比较熟悉;或者对微生物群落结构、毒理学研究非常熟悉,有过独立撰写和发表论文的经历, 有良好的统计学基础(如结构方差模型、路径分析、典范对应模型等)。
3. 博士后要求:应聘人员年龄不超过35周岁,获得博士学位时间不超过3年,对水生生态系统、植物群落构建与功能性状比较熟悉;或者对微生物群落结构、毒理学研究非常熟悉,有良好的SCI论文撰写能力(至少发表过一篇主流SCI论文)、数据统计和分析能力(如结构方差模型、路径分析、典范对应模型等)。博士后全职在站工作时间不少于 21个月,不超过24个月。具体分为科研博士后和师资博士后,出站成果优秀者有机会入职学院。

Research interests
I specialize in aquatic ecology by exploring the impact of hydrodynamic conditions on the succession of aquatic plants, and environmental pollution on the structure and function of aquatic food web, specifically as follows:
1) the influence and the mechanism of environmental factors, including sedimentation, water hydrological conditions, and spatial structure on succession of aquatic plants, which provided the theoretical basis for the protection and restoration of aquatic ecosystem;
2) how environmental pollutants alter the structure and function of aquatic food web. For example, consequences of antibiotic residuals, eutrophication, heavy metal, microplastics, on decomposition of aquatic plant, species interactions, and composition and function of aquatic ecosystems.
In recent years, I have published 24 SCI papers as a first or corresponding author, with a cumulative impact factor of 163, including ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY. Positions of PhD, post-doctoral, and academic visit for international students or researchers:
All these positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Ying Pan at Yunnan university of China. The research project of any candidate will focus on plant ecology or pollution ecology with the goal of publishing at least one SCI papers.
Among them, the applicants for PhD positions can apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship before May 30th, each year.
Qualifications: The applicants should hold a recent MSc degree in aquatic ecology and/or any field of plant community ecology, aquatic food web, and environmental pollution.
