研究兴趣

植物天然产物在增强植物抗逆、适应生境方面具有关键的生态学意义,具有重要的学术探究价值;植物天然产物还具有多种独特的药用活性,为人类提供了不可或缺的天然药物资源。专注于探究植物天然产物的结构和生物活性多样性,发掘具有治疗疾病效果的先导化合物,揭示其生物合成机制及生态学功能。具体研究方向如下:

1. 乌头属植物二萜生物碱多样性及生物合成途径解析、活性物质生物全合成和生态学功能发掘;

2. 褪黑素生物合成途径解析,转录水平及表观遗传调控、生物学功能及进化机制解析;

3. 兰科种子与真菌共萌发的信号化学物质基础及分子基础。
